Scripural Rosary App Coming to Soon to iPhone

After a long break from development, I’ve recently made a version of the Scirptural Rosary app for iOS phones and have submitted it for review.  Hopefully I’ll have a published app in a few days if all goes well.

The interface is not the same, but the audio content is slightly better quality.  The design concept is the same – create a very simple, clean rosary audio app with just the essential bells and whistles.

If you’re like me and easily distracted in prayer, this app might be a helpful aid in praying your daily rosary.

Once this version is live for a while, I’ll be begin work on creating a version for the iPad.

Here’s a peek at the interface:

Joe: Thank you for developing the Holy Rosary apps. I have been praying the rosary on the way to work using the “standard” version for about a year. I recently discovered your Scriptural Rosary app, Would you be so kind as to provide me with the text of the Scriptural Rosary? I have been developing and refining a guide of rosary prayers and intentions that we utilize while praying the Holy Rosary on 1st Saturdays. It would be nice to have the words in print so that our prayer group can reflect upon the events mentioned before each Hail Mary. Sincerely, Carl

Hi Carl. Sorry for not responding sooner. I wasn’t getting notified of these comments. I’ll send you an email that contains the scripture passages.

    Hi Joe,
Thank you for developing this beautiful app of the Scriptural Rosary. It is my go-to resource to pray and meditate on the Mysteries of the Rosary. Do you have any plans to update the audio to include the closing prayer:
O God, whose only begotten Son, by His life, death, and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, grant, we beseech Thee, that meditating upon these mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Another suggestion would be to include the text in your options settings.
As you did with Carl two years ago, could you send the text to me, but if you decide to include it in your app, I’ll look forward to the update.
God bless and have a Merry Christmas.
    Sincerely,
    Susan
P.S. Stay safe during these unprecedented times with the coronavirus outbreak
